About 2 years ago I bought the sound system. I was very happy with the sound quality. The system gave a clear and rich sound. Unfortunately, now comes the negative aspect. After about two years and the statutory warranty has expired, the system suddenly no longer works via the remote control. The remote control is fine and the reset didn't help either. A firmware update is not offered. I find it very unfortunate and it doesn't leave a good impression that it breaks after the warranty period. If you could help me with this problem I would be very grateful.

Es un buen producto pero seria bueno que no use ningun cable y que sea todo hasta los parlantes que van conectados al sound wafer deberian ser bluetooth

Lo compre para navidad al armarlo no funciona la pantalla del Home solo tiene sonido, con el control remoto bueno es comprensible pueda haber llegado mal, pero su servicio post-venta es de lo peor, poco más les faltó decir que yo lo arregle eh tenido que recurrir al libro de reclamaciones para q después de 1 semana me hagan caso, completamente desilusionado de su página de venta de sony mil veces comprar de un Retail que a ustedes.

Es un sonido sobrio de alta calidad, sin duda perfecta para ver películas y series, para mi sala de 36m2, quedó de maravilla, hasta el sonido se me hace hizo algo mas de lo que estoy acostumbrado al máximo.

Excelente calidad de sonido, nítido y con graves muy potentes. Fácil instalación. En mi caso tengo la barra conectada con un HDMI (mi tv no tiene salida para cable optico) y por bluetooth se escucha mucho mas fuerte que por HDMI. La única critica: los parlantes, si bien traen los cables bastantes largos, deberían ser inalámbricos.

Lo compre hace un mes y estoy conforme, la calidad del sonido es muy buena. Talves el cable Hdmi(de buena calidad) deberia ser mas largo. Por el resto muy recomendable.

Muy buen producto. Solamente que a mi criterio, al ser el sub-buffer activo y tener las salidas hacia los demas parlantes, para que el sub tenga presencia hay que subir mucho el volumen. Con volumen bajo el sub es un tanto debil. Seria bueno un manejo independiente del sub. Pero en relacion precio-calidad esta muy bien.

Excelente equipo, con un tamaño muy compacto, muy buenas funciones y tremenda potencia y nitidez en el sonido.

Lo compramos pensando en series y peliculas y realmente estamos muy conformes! Buen sonido y sobre todo se logra el efecto envolvente que esperabamos!

Excelente calidad de sonido. Fácil de instalar y de manejar. Muy recomendable. La relación precio calidad lo vale

The on/off buttons don’t work on the remote and touch bottom on the buffer. Tried everything, change hdmi cable, stil sale problem. It work well exactly one year.

It’s just like sitting in the cinema. Good strong design and excellent sound would highly recommend for the money.

Love this new surround system! It has great sound and looks good. Only issues we have is when connected with a HDMI cable we have a sync problem and also the sub woofer buzzes slightly when switched on.

Fan is very loud and annoying when on quiet volume and rear speakers very quiet so no real surround sound.

If your TV is 50" or under, is in a modest size room and you're looking for a system to give your TV a more realistic sound then this is for you. The Sony HT-RT4 has good stereo separation on SD channels and Dolby/DTS 5.1 when broadcast on HD channels or input to TV from PS4, set top box etc. If your TV is over 50", in a larger room and your looking for a full on "feel the bass" cinematic experience then this system is not for you.

I bought this because I wanted something especially for movies. It sounds so good. For that price it’s absolutely fantastic. My favourite is that the subwoofer isn’t that noisy as the cheaper 2.1 ones.

Easy setup with wires which are very long so can hide , the sound works well has an app u can adjust from too as well as the controller that comes with it surround sound works really well especially with Dolby atmos auidos
