Only takes 2 batteries last a good time.only fault I would say the tuner is to close to the on and off switch.BUT you get used to it.

Researched small radios of pocket size or slightly larger. Read the reviews and finalised this radio for my 91 year old mother. Other radios I had bought her didn’t last long enough. The Sony last ages. I change the batteries every 5 days and it’s never switched off.

Me parece un producto excelente: Facil de manejar, buena recepción de emisoras, buen sonido. Pero le veo un defecto de diseño: En la parte superior, el mando de encendido/apagado y la rueda de sintonización de emisoras están juntas y a veces al apagar el aparato se toca dicha rueda y se pierde la sintonía de la emisora.

Well, I buoght my Sony a month ago, and I can tell that I'm very satissfied vith the sensitivity and the accoustic performance of this receiver. There is one thing that I would like to be done different: the On/OFF switch. I would like it to be separate, or on the potentiometer, not combined with the band switch. In rest, everithing is OK.

Buen diseño ergonómico, alto rendimiento, SONY forever

Bought to replace an old radio. It’s a good make so hopefully lasts. Simple to use. Lasts a long time on one set of batteries. Handy for using outdoors and in the greenhouse etc

Tenía una radio Sony desde hace 20 años y ya tocaba renovarla. Sigue siendo sencilla y de muy buena calidad. Lo mejor que tiene es que par encenderla y apagarla no necesitas hacer girar la rueda del volumen, que siempre acaba desgastándose con el paso del tiempo.

It's small and has no wires which is great because it's more easier move around, less dangerous and you take anywhere with you.

Got this one for the bathroom. It worked for eighty hours on its two small batteries.! My two DAB portable radios last just six hours on the same batteries. The sound is good. A bit pricy for simplicity but would recommend for its long-lasting battery use.

I Always trust SONY but Disappointed! Design clumsy as Bands/Timing too close together so changing band can cause tuning wheel to move & can lose sensitive wavelengths too easily. Sound not bad but with earphones needed at night need to turm sound up high to get minimal sound quality. Quality not grest. Wanted replace my original wonderful Sony but this is a poor replacement!

Sintoniza muy bien las emisoras, es cómodo de manejar, muy ligero, tiene un asa por detrás y lo hace muy manejable para llevarlo de un sitio a otro. Muy contenta con la compra.

El radio básicamente funciona muy bien, tiene muy buen sonido, hasta el momento sin problemas.

Excelente producto!! Evoca recordar cuando mi abuelo escuchaba la radio... Hoy necesito de la radio para trabajar y crear el ambiente propicio. Recomendadosimo el radio, excelente calidad, sonido y recepción. Cumple sus función tal cual como lo buscaba!

This Sony am.fm portable this is a lovely radio it doesn't take much room it takes 2AA battery's the battery's can last 100hours battery life it has one speaker it sounds lovely it is very loud but can ture it up and down circle on the side of the radio The radio is black it has got a handle so you can take it anywhere with you it has got headphones socket you can plug any headphones iin it I would recommend this product to anyone
